Long Haul Flight Beauty Essentials

Long haul flights can be stressful and frustrating, but that doesn’t mean your body should have to pay the price. Pack your carry-on with these beauty essentials to ensure when you arrive at your destination the only thing you have to worry about is enjoying your trip.

Hydrogel Face Mask

Your skin gets dehydrated easily when you are flying. The longer you are in the air the more your skin suffers. Between the altitude and the stress of flying, it is no wonder we feel awful when we get off the plane. Pack a face mask for the flight and arrive feeling refreshed and awake!

In Transit No Traces

I am a big fan of ThisWorks products. They live up to their name! In Transit No Traces is pad infused with rosewater and mint to cleanse, brighten, and protect your skin. It removes all of the dirt and make-up so your skin can breathe easy on your flight.

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo Dual Acne Treatment

The stress of traveling is enough to make anyone breakout! La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo Dual Acne Treatment helps stop zits from forming. The pressurized air can cause your skin to dry out and get irritated so be sure to stop those zits from forming before you land.

Kate Somerville Goat Milk De-Puffing Eye Balm

Personally, my eyes get puffy extremely easily and long exhausting flights do not help. Kate Somerville Goat Milk De-Puffing Eye Balm is amazing. It helps revitalize under your eyes with its cooling balm. Help reduce the appearance of dark circles, under eye bags, and crow’s feet too!

Nivea A Kiss of Recovery

Lip care is necessity while traveling in the first place and since we have already talked about how easily it is for your skin to get dehydrated, it shouldn’t be a surprise that your lips are no different. Nivea A Kiss of Recovery is a perfect addition to any carry-on bag because it not only repairs your lips, but it contains SPF 15 to protect them as well.

Skyn Iceland Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels

If wearing a full mask isn’t your thing, but you still want to throw some extra love to your eyes, considering these gel pads for your eyes. Skyn Iceland Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels are one of my favorite splurge products in my beauty bag. They are perfect for long haul flights because they are small and effective. Every time I use them I begin to relax and breathe a little easier, which is why I love them when I travel!

Travel Advil

I consider advil a beauty product because I cannot picture a good outcome without it. Advil has saved me on flights where there is a screaming child or adults arguing. My sanity has been saved by always having some travel packets in my carry-on.

Big Sexy Hair Powder Play Lite Soft Volumizing & Texturizing Powder

While this won’t enhance your time on your flight, it will help when you land. This volumizing and texturizing powder evenly mists your hair to add some subtle and much needed love after getting bed head from an airplane seat.

Travel Mouthwash

This is just good manners. You will be in close proximity to people who you may or may not know. Depending on how long your flight is you will be eating at least once and sleeping as well. Be sure to throw a travel bottle of mouthwash for during the flight to freshen up and after as well.

Mario Badescu Facial Spray

If you have no interest in using a face mask or eye gel pads, you should grab a facial spray instead. Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe Herbs and Rosewater is a refreshing and hydrating mist to help keep moisture in your face. It can even be used to set your makeup once you are off the flight as well!

Sleeping Mask

Whether you are flying 6 hours or 16 hours, you are going to need to catch some shut eye. A silk sleep mask that comes with ear plugs is perfect to help you ignore the rest of the world.
